ZLF Series FBD Tipper is mainly used in conveying and material feeding of dust powder and solid particle materials in pharmaceutical enterprises. It can be used compatibly with mixing machine, granulator, tablet compression machine, coating machine, capsule filling machine and packaging machine, which can effectively reduce dust powder and cross contamination and greatly reduce labor intensity. a. Housing of the machine body is made from austenitic stainless steel, without any dead angle, concave or convex, slippery and easy to clean.
b. Cone and storage hoppers are equipped with seal device and are easy to be locked. There’s no dust raising and leakage occurred during operation. Special butterfly valve can be removed and is easy to be cleaned.
c. The upright post can be revolved in full circle and the unloading position of the hopper can be arranged flexibly.
d. Discharging valve can be adjusted according to user’s requirements.
